Fall in love with the problem, not the solution
Proven Product Leader
’m a product leader with deep experience building and scaling complex commerce, data, and platform products across global consumer brands. I’ve led high-impact initiatives at companies like TikTok, Fanatics, and GoPro—owning strategy from discovery through delivery and driving measurable business outcomes. My work spans enterprise integrations, AI-driven product innovation, experimentation platforms, and large-scale ecommerce transformations, generating hundreds of millions in revenue and significant cost savings.
I thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution: translating ambiguous business problems into clear product direction, aligning executives and cross-functional teams, and delivering at scale. I bring strong technical fluency across APIs, data platforms, experimentation, analytics, headless commerce, and AI/ML systems, allowing me to partner effectively with engineering while maintaining customer focus.
As a leader, I’ve built and scaled product teams, mentored senior PMs, and driven organizational change—from modernizing analytics infrastructure to reshaping team operating models. I’m known for taking ownership, creating leverage through systems and process, and turning high-stakes initiatives into durable, repeatable success.
